Amar’e Stoudemire scratched from game against Jazz

Update 7:59: Stoudemire said that he was scheduled to miss Monday’s game because it would have marked five games in seven nights (Iannazzone, March 31).

Forward Amar’e Stoudemire was scratched from Monday night’s game against the Jazz. Knicks coach Mike Woodson called the missed start a “maintenance day” (Iannazzone, March 31). Woodson also said that Stoudemire had experienced some soreness in his knee from playing four games in six nights (Iannazzone, March 31 ).

Stoudemire has averaged 15.5 points per game during the four-game stretch.

Is Trey Burke good enough to roast Felton? If not Knicks win big.

That's a problem. So frustrating with this guy, but hardly surprising. Need Chandler to show up tonight.
