The Knicks (33-43) defeated the Brooklyn Nets (40-34) by a score of 110-81 Wednesday evening at Madison Square Garden.
The Knicks shot 67 percent in the first half after a 44-19 run. New York finished the game shooting 60 percent from the field.
J.R. Smith led team in points with 24 — the second most he has scored during the month of March.
Carmelo Anthony led the team with 10 rebounds and had 23 points during 37:21 on the court.
After suffering contused ribs and back during the third quarter, Raymond Felton returned to the game, adding two points to his total 5 for the game.
Tim Hardaway Jr. had 17 points in his first game back after he sprained his ankle during Monday’s game against the Jazz.
