next order of business on TKB the Melo Watch and who stay who goes debate, never a dull moment here

Phil Jackson should just try and have fun this season. Just make the weirdest roster of all time. Have a starting lineup consisting only of western kentucky players.

If they fired baldy at the right time (when they were 3-13) they make the playoffs.  But I'm glad potatohead got to stay because it led to real change in the person of Phil Jax.

Well Biggie was sorta right about teams laying down, they all laid down for the Hawks to get the 8th spot!  SMGDH

Melo might take the flight back to Chicago with Noah tomorrow night.

Maybe the teams tanked because they figured Phil would coach/consult in practice if they made it to the playoffs.

There is going to be a lot of negative sh.t posted about the Knicks over the next few months, especially with Melo, however if you have the right mind frame you'll realize that whatever decision Melo makes it will be beneficial to our franchise. If Melo stays, great, a superstar to build around. If he leaves more cap space for 2015, and truly a clean slate for Phil.

I would love to hear Prokhorov's reaction to the Knicks being eliminated....

If woodson played Cole Adrich more we would have been contenders!

Fellow Knicks fans, tonight is not a sad night, it's a night for optimism. This season has been miserable, I'm thrilled it's finally over. We now have Phil effing Jackson running our franchise and he now can get to work. Making it as the 8th seed was just preventing Phil from doing his job. The real fun begins now, new coach, new players, new system. I for one can't wait!

@tommy2b  Helpful way of looking at this whole ordeal. I feel slightly better.

@Seth Nadler  The Bargnani fail/fall is the perfect image of the 2013-14 Knicks.  Tried to accomplish something they had no hope of doing and fell flat on their face.

No thanks. Biggie, Kiyan and JimmyBX would yell at us for not being real Knicks fans. They would probably also call every player on both those teams, "bums".

@darealeric  The ruskie achieves his goal! The Nets owns the city until they are eliminated from the playoffs. Get forbids, they go pass Chicago and the Heat. Knicks fans - including yours truly  would have tho stick their collective heads to the duunpster.

@zebeto  no you can sign someone now but you cant use them for playoffs

He was probably getting ready for the playoffs...

@Seth Nadler  I concur, not making the playoffs enables Phil to do whatever the hell he wants with absolutely no interference from Dolan.

@knicksgirl35  Trust me there are going to be no Bargnani-like trades this offseason.  We may not be better next year but we'll be finally headed in the right direction.

This really was great, made me laugh hysterically, the many faces of Woody, the defensive breakdowns

Yea I know he's not worried per say, but he always loves to take slight media jabs at Dolan...

@Sandro Guedes @kneggyknik  Yadda yadda.

Not fact. YOUR pov.

When it suits you, you say regular season matters.

Then you flip and say post season matters.

Supporting cast? WTF are you talking about? So now "supporting cast" can be used as an argument?

Nuggets are capped out and their most expensive players are Shaqtin, Gallo (who's played what, 30 games in 2 straight seasons?). They won't do jack in the West for a long, long time.

They won't be getting lottery picks, so they'ren ot gonna find difference makers.

They were a huge disappointment both this and last season.

As far as post season play goes, the Knicks have done more than the Nuggets.

That's FACT.

ethanj

@Sandro Guedes @kneggyknik  The knicks had a better chance to do something in the playoffs then the nuggets. You cant win a championship every year but all you can do is put yourself in a position to do so. They did take the pacers to 6 games with a broken microwave in jr smith. More than the nuggets can say.

darealeric

Maybe Glen Bumwald is advising him. After all, Bumwald still works for the Knicks in a "capacity" role...

@Sandro Guedes @KnickelusKnickleby  A 1 year rental of chandler for either of those teams would be good for them. I do not see the point in trading chandler unless we took others who are expiring or no one at all and a first round pick

@Seth Nadler  I actually loled at Jr's buzzer beater celebration. I never realized it was funny until this video. I love him now hes hilarious.
