Wow...how this blog has regressed. It has become consumed with "Sandro". He's entitled to his opinion....bottom line. All of these personal attacks sound extremely juvenile. Good day.

Ya'll know we was playing Phil Jackson Schemes last remaining games? we looked way different spacing wise and defensively

even the ball movement moved different

Phil is definitely the Coach Whisperer moving forward.

Aldrich is an unrestricted free agent. We can offer him a 20% over the minimum with non-Bird rights or will have to use some of the taxpayer MLE to offer more. Here is another case where being over the cap and apron hampers us in keeping players. He could find himself with a better offer from another team that we couldn't match.

Well got to hand it to ESPN. They predicted 37-45 and I and this site ridiculed that prediction. Yet they got it right. Jr Smith sucked for much of the year, Beno and Metta were bad additions, and Bargnani even worse. Pretty miserable year - though honestly I would hate to see Woodson go I sort of like him.

Good win further away from hitting the lottery

Herring of the WSJ dropping some interesting info on Twitter....all those who thought the Knicks end-of-season surge was solely attributed to the "big" starting unit might want to reconsider:

"The starting lineup they closed the year with finished with a -0.6 rating per 100 plays."

"NYKs best 5-man lineup, by net rating (100-mins minimum): Felton, Prigioni, Shumpert, Anthony & Chandler. Won by avg of 13.1 pts/100 plays."

The season is over, is sad we did't go to playoff,

but the positive thing on this blog is we maybe will see peace in this blog,

there is no reason to calling out people for now, right?

Maybe Aldrich's ability to rebound may have helped this year.  Obviously, rebounding has never been a priority.

If we bring a good coach

will sandro and biggie become a friend?

I saw Biggie always support knicks coach, and Sandro want we have a good management.

@dagawd  Denver's gonna be picking somewher along 13-16th.

Tough spot since the "surefire" picks are already gone and at that point it's more about good scouting and instinct.

Let's not forget that the better of the picks go to Orlando...for those that constantly, non stop, until it gets ridiculously tiresone, compare the Knicks to the Nuggets, who have been almost identical in the past couple of seasons.

@BigChiefTriangle

The problem was that having Hardaway and STAT on the second unit, put two of the worst defenders in the NBA on the floor at the same time. So they got crushedand put up some horrific +/- numbers. Moving STAT next to Chandler and putting Shump on the second unit, created a better balance between offense and defense.

@Jesus Blas Damn, we probably lose him in the offseason, shoulda signed him for 2-3 years team option...

@Jesus Blas

Neat - I like that rebound % stat....rebounds per game/36 min can get inflated by pace.

@SheSaidSpikeWho  I  hope the dude stays. He's got no talent, but he's the hustle type of player every team needs on their bench.

VerySilentJay

@RadioRah  Don't worry, give it 2 months, TKB will find a way to b!tdh about a legend like him.

VerySilentJay
VerySilentJay

@Armand N Berdynaj  Aldrich deserver a spot. No doubt. He's a strong hustle plater that gives you work on both ends.

Send Tyler and Murry to the DL all season long and let Aldrich spend some strong minutes as a backup.

That way we have 2 open roster spots that Phile can be creative with.

@KnickelusKnickleby @knicksgirl35  I'm really sick of Sandro's sh!t. He apperas only during the struggles and is nowhere to be found if the team wins.

This team could have Magic, MJ, and Larry in irs ranks and he would still find reasons to b!tch about. I used to respec his pov, but this season he's been exposed as a serious troll that would rather bet against his team than support them.

If it was up to him, we could be his dream of the GS Knicks, the NY Rockets, the Indy Knicks, the NY Suns, and so on and so on.... and he would still find ways to b!tch upon the very same things he wants this team to be.

VerySilentJay
VerySilentJay

@sanza  Those 2 need to get to a room. Seriously.

The only difference is that Biggie's been around a hell of a lot longer than Sandro's been. Biggie's been here through the good and the bad. He's a true loyal fan and he gets bashed only because he's a non stop optimist, which really upsets those who have no idea about the future and propose ludicrous futures for this franchise.

Biggie's and old school TKB poster. Sandro came in as a fan with good pov and turned into a repetitive troll who lost respect slowly but surely. He shows up only in times of struggles and is nowhere to be found when the team wins.

That's no true fan. When he supported and liked a BK fan it became clear to everyone that he's not a true Knick fan.

@BiggieTKB  Phil just has the face at games that he's running plays, it's all about Zen and Meditation plus Woodson has a baldy so penetrating his mind to put ideas in it wasn't hard lol

@VerySilentJay @dagawd

No, the less favorable of the two picks goes to Orlando.  Denver keeps the better pick.

@VerySilentJay @KnickelusKnickleby @knicksgirl35  That what I want to know.

I respect Sandro point of view, but if next season we have all that he ask for this team.

would he still be this negative? if yes, that mean he really a troll and he lost my respect

sanza
sanza

@VerySilentJay @sanza  I know it, biggie is very positive.

Biggie is just like me when I watch knicks vs spurs in the final.

as a fan I support and want my team win, but I know we will lose on that series

But my heart keep on believing, and that is the point of being fan, you keep believing with your heart and keep praying for a miracle for your team, if you always keeping using your brain than you will end being a lakers, bulls, or heat fan

sanza
sanza

@solar_lion @sanza  hahahah I know,

but, if the knicks had a good coach and a good management

will sandro still talk negatively about the knicks? I don't blame Sandro being negative, we don't reach playoff, we don't have any capspace and we don't have any 1st round pick.

Knicks_Fanatic
Knicks_Fanatic

@VerySilentJay @BigChiefTriangle

Denver has two shots at moving up and keeps the better pick;

2014 first round draft pick to Orlando
Denver will convey the less favorable of its 2014 1st round pick and New York's 2014 1st round pick to Orlando

VerySilentJay
VerySilentJay

@BigChiefTriangle  If I'm not mistaken, the Dwight trade gave Orlando the better pick.

I'm speculating since I haven't looked into it.

VerySilentJay
VerySilentJay

@sanza @VerySilentJay @KnickelusKnickleby @knicksgirl35  I've always respected everyone's pov. I've always tried to remain as objective as a fan can be -which is really difficult-. But Sandre went from a good fan with strong and argumented pov to a person with a vendetta and agenda with no clear pov or alternatives for this team.

He's the type of "fan" that no matter what happens he'll find ways to b!tch.

Always, of course, he'll flop harder than LBJ to suit his pov to whatever agenda he's trying to push.

VerySilentJay
VerySilentJay

@sanza @VerySilentJay  Sandro's asked for so many things that's boderline ridiculous.

He's in love with Masai, he believes he's God when he's done jack sh!t.

He wants us to have the Suns FO at the same time. He wants to have George leading us to the promised land. He also wants us to be like the Nuggets (even though they've been a clone version of the Knicks)...

And then he talks about double standards... there's no way he'll ever be satisfied.

sanza
sanza

@VerySilentJay @sanza  that what I ask,

Sandro will always ask for Knicks to have a good coach and good system, he compare us with Suns, and I agree, if we like Suns, even if we miss the playoff we still on a good shape. And how if it still doesn't work?

I mean when he will be positive on this team?

If he said he will be positive after we win a ring, I just can laugh..

VerySilentJay
VerySilentJay

@sanza @VerySilentJay  It's very cool to be optimistic. I appreciate that. Always will. I can't bash a fan for wanting the best for their team, no matter what the roster looks like.

Of course, we gotta be grounded and accept whatever results come our way.

That said, I find it unacceptable to see "fans" give up on November and start acting like GM's to try and "fix" the team come November...

I agree with you...you have to believe, always. As long as your expectations are grounded, it's all good.

Belief is that last thing to go.

Of course, here we have a place where there's never belife to begin with....because their so smart that they know things will never work.

God forbid they do...they'll never to be found, and they'll only appear when it's convenient to them -see the Knicks lose-.

If that's a Knicks fan...I'm extremely disappointed in what the fanbase is nowadays.

Of course, I have no idea if Sandro's ever been to NY (no disrespect to him, but I'm just sick and tired of his BS).

sanza

@knicksgirl35  sorry for my bad english, since english is not my mother language, but is hurt to watch my fav team not going to playoff. and yes we have philjax on our side and hopefully have a good system for next year team.

But next year will be hard for our team too.

1. We don't know if melo will stay or not

2. We don't have any 1st round draft pick

3. we still have felton (it will be a miracle if we can rid of him)

4. yes we have 2015 1st round pick, but it will be not a high pick, I don't believe knicks will tanking

5. we only have  a MLE to sign a good player.

Of course there is a positive side

1. Woodson will gone

2. we got a good rookie on hardaway

3. Phil is come

4. Shump is being better on the last 20 games

I follow this team since Ewing era, proud when they make a history in 1999, and after the isiah and eddie curry dark era, I think after we trade for Melo we already go to the bright side, and knowing fact that I need to wait another 2 season just frustrated me.

solar_lion

@sanza @solar_lionI believe Sandro's a real Knicks fan. He takes all the abuse for having a negative view of things. So I give him credit for that. I'm not all into gloom and doom like Sandro is. Nor am I a rosey colored fool like Biggie. I think this squad can improve with some alterations in the off season. Nothing major since saving 2015 cap space appears to he the plan. A better coach, less isolation, more ball movement, less switching on D and a front office that can make the most of what is here and what little is added will go a long way. I'm not saying title contender. But a dark horse that may be projected to 2015 free agents as on the right track and in the right spot to contend with an addition or two.

@sanza @solar_lion  You sound like Sandro with a fake accent. LOL

The word "negatively" gave it away.
