Coyotes take a nice pound of flesh off the Pens.

Klinkhammer for Ulfie's kid. That is a steep price the Pens just paid, and i am happy he went West..

i still doing understand how no one made Neil pay some sort of price for the hit on Hammer

Let them rest and heal up for most likely Playoff Hockey.

I don't like it, obviously, but we have the required  depth which will give them time to heal properly.  Hamonic is the real concern since his concussion. He plays hard  and it does not look like he'll last long in the league.

Thank god Pullock will come up. Need at least one right handed shot on the point.

Does this suck? Yes. But this is why we have depth - for the situations where we lose some key players, we have players in our system who can hopefully come in and try and fill the gaps until these guys are back.

I'm not as worried as I'm sure we all would've been in years past. Just stay focused and keep the effort coming.

No sweat. This team is deep and never gives up

This - THIS - is why you don't talk trade in November! Identify your weaknesses and deal from your strengths at the deadline.

@jmoney93 Cause it was a clean hit... And this is why "Reinhart isn't expendable" for a trade.

So please stop trying to trade away our defensive prospects for forwards, its not a good long term idea.

@jmoney93  Boulton was not in the line up. Neil would have destroyed Martin if he wanted to go

@islesfan31 I agree.  Of course not happy about it, but it's part of the game. It's time for guys to take the baton and run with it.  It's a challenge and good, deep teams make sure things like this don't derail them.  Maybe it slows their pace a little bit, but they need to keep going.

@rmbbanned2 @jmoney93 It is a terrible idea plain and simple.  Thought Reinhart played well last night.  He obviously needs experience and confidence at the NHL level but he is a big, string kid with a heck of a future.

@phishstyx1 @jmoney93

Most definately as I have also posted on an earlier thread, people who love Martin believe he is Mike Tyson, when he is only a big middleweight. and would get hurt in a dance with Neil.

@phishstyx1 @jmoney93 Because it was a tight game and nobody wanted to take a dumb penalty.  Let's be honest - Neil's hit was fine.  He just got him good and from I could see jammed his shoulder.  Nothing really dirty about it except that Hammer didn't see it coming.  That's part of Neil's game - just like Clutter - make a big hit and hope someone retaliates and takes a penalty.

@Brian Serviss @shlo I don't know, it looked like shoulder, but I believe that any hard hit can aggravate the concussion.

 @phishstyx1 @jmoney93 I am not so sure of that. I don't "love" Martin, but I don't think a fight between Martin and Neil would be as one-sided as some people on here appear to think.
