The Knicks were able to sign free agent Kenyon Martin to a veteran’s minimum contract of one year, $1.4 million, per Adrian Wojnarowski.
“Kenyon did a fantastic job for us once he signed in February,” General Manager Glen Grunwald said.
The former top draft pick will be back with the Knicks for a full season. New York outscored opponents by 61 points last season with Martin on the floor, according to 82games.com.
The team was 9-2 with him in the starting lineup.
