EVERY SINGLE POST there is a reference to biggie somewhere. its like you grown @ss men have man-crushes on the dude. Just because you don't like what he says doesn't mean you have to bring his name up EVER SINGLE GODD@MN POST!!!! I don't know the guy or care if he keeps getting picked on but for the love of god can people stop trying to fight with the guy and give it a rest. I come here to read opinions on the team and get updates on whats going on with the ball club. What I don't come here for is to read "where is biggie at now??" followed by 20+ comments of shyt talk.

shut the hell up already!

well its not like the fan base isnt familiar to not being in the playoffs. This organization is more likely to be out of the playoffs than in it.

It doesnt look much better for next year either

Once again, to ESPNNEWYORK.com, ESPN.com, ESPN NBA analysts, Stephen A. Smith, Skip Bayless, Cari Champion, George Karl, P.J. Carlisimo, Jalen Rose, Bill Simmons, John Barry, Colin Cowherd, Tony Kornheiser, Michael Wilbourn, Chris Broussard, Ian O'connor, the rest of writers, ESPN Around The Horn, people like Charles Barkley, Bleach Reporter, New York Post, y'all got your wish. I hope y'all happy. Enjoy your pathetic moment. Y'all really get into our own Knicks' skin, disrespectful, criticize, too many times, hating on the Knicks with a dark heart no soul and the city of New York alone. I hope y'all get what's coming to them. I hope y'all put in their places, ESPN needs to blow up, hit the reset button, find new analysts that are fair and balance instead of being drama queens, Entertainer Tonight of sports debates and building rumors. Charles Barkley needs to be fired instead of staying until his contract is up for next year in Turner Sports. We, the Knicks fan will not stand for this crap. Hopefully from NBA Drat to July 1 free agent signees, to NBA Summer League, to training camp to preseason to  2014-15 NBA season, I believe that the New, New York Knicks will seek redemption, seek revenges on against teams, and make the haters pay. It may be a long off-season, but it has begun!!!!!!!!!

Will this be the last post of the season now that Knicks have been eliminated? The time between posts when they were in it seemed like an eternity. I can imagine now that they are out of it....lol

This is all good !! Knicks , Dolan and Phil needed them to miss playoffs .

Knicks because Melo can heal. Look at how all these supposed super teams wil play out. Amare can get off those knees and JR can go clubbing

Dolan : so he can be reminded once again of the poor choices and results after giving Woody thumbs up

Phil Jackson : easy money now to fire Woody. No reason. At all to keep him. A playoff berth might have made that more difficult.

Shut Melo down , same with Amare and

Let the rookies play.

Let's see what Zen master does this summer.

Have not watched since the Knicks lost by one point to the Wizards when the coach failed to diagram a play at the end of the game that was intelligent.  But I am happy in one sense.   Goodbye Woody the lousiest coach in the NBA>

Still sucks how Teams literally folded so we won't make it and i bet you no one will rest their stars against us just to throw more salt on the wounds

i can't wait to whip all the teams that did us dirty azz on a consistent basis

Guess Life Goes On...but what you do is you personally demolish the upcoming teams coming up

like embarrass Chicago on TV and go to BK and blow them out by 90

that leaves teams with our presence that they didn't wanna see us in the Playoffs

From Berman, NY Post:

Here’s a look at how the Knicks’ current roster may shake out:

  • Carmelo Anthony: Was leaning toward leaving before Phil Jackson came aboard.
  • J.R. Smith: Jackson must determine if his talent is worth more than his baggage.
  • Iman Shumpert: Found new life as Sixth Man and defensive-minded attitude scores points.
  • Raymond Felton: Big push to move him and upgrade PG position.
  • Andrea Bargnani: Could be a buyout candidate, damaged goods in any deal.
  • Tyson Chandler: No. 1 trade pawn of summer, even amiable center may want out.
  • Tim Hardaway Jr: Will be first-team All-Rookie, only would go in major deal for star.
  • Kenyon Martin: It’s time to retire and join Jason Kidd’s Nets’ staff.
  • Pablo Prigioni: Has long-term deal and is selfless player Jackson likes.
  • Amar’e Stoudemire: Why not ride him and see if big finish can be sustained?
  • Cole Aldrich: Team player who always should find a roster spot but is free agent.
  • Jeremy Tyler: Team option on contract and could be thrown into a trade.
  • Tour’e Murry: Why not try to develop some youth?
  • Shannon Brown: Knows Jackson and Triangle and is good in locker room.

Anybody see the way shump

Played on Friday night ? Where the hell was that all year ? Is this guy kidding? He got some set on him waiting for game 79 to play like that. He's one of the biggest reasons this team regressed this year

I couldn't care less who wins now, I'm not pulling for the Nets or Thunder. I'll see all the real Knicks fans here all summer long even though it's going to be a long one it's going to be very important. People can say what they want about the guys who kept the faith all season instead of critizing, but those are the guys you would want on your team. By the way, a good friend of mine became a Knicks fan THIS SEASON?!??? Just because of me. Now he follows them and hits all the websites just like I do, so to all the people switching teams at least that's one of your spots being filled.

Nets and Heat lost those games on purpose just so they didn't have to see the Knicks. They got the word straight from the owners. I know for a fact Brooklyn didn't want us in, and the Heat more than likely just followed suit.

@Greg Serious  That's what happens when you have a laughingstock of a franchise run into the ground by a clueless owner. If you win you can shut them up. If you lose you are a prime target. Simple as that.

KnickelusKnickleby
KnickelusKnickleby

@Greg Serious  they will throw salt on our wounds from now until next season...they hate New York and will make the Nets look like the golden boys and we will always be the laughing stock until we win it all...we will get no breaks, no remorse, no credit

i hope the Spurs win it all

i hope Pacers start sucking again, Bron leaves and comes to NY, Nets regress back to New Jersey Nets

i wish this twilight zone of a season gives us the last laugh some how.

@KnickelusKnickleby I thought the same thing I was there is no way the nets owner didn't have that team lose to the hawks and the heat for sure wanted the hawks more than the knicks first round

@OLDKNICK  you know when the season is negative the comments are the same

we had good harmony year prior now with this disappointing season adds a lot of animosity

@Mike Dell Italia  Woodson destroyed Shump confidence. He started the year with a swagger. Constant rumors about being in the trading block and vote of non-confidence from the coach including blame from the last minute loss against the pacers has wilted away the kid "can do" attitude. We just hope he will gain his swagger back with the zen master in charge.

Stop it with the nonsensical generalizations. I'm a Mets fan, a Knicks fan, and a Giants fan. I'm as Brooklyn, as any dude from Brooklyn can be. I don't root for the Nets for any reason. I usually don't hate any team from NY because I'm a proud Nyer, and root for my city to represent itself as the best city on earth whenever possible. Except for the Nets.

As a true Brooklyn Dude I am loyal, and I'm not falling for the okey-doke. Personally, I'm offended that the Nets are in my Borough and that they gave a outlet to all these poser fans to flock to. No one on that team deserves to represent Brooklyn. The core of that team was not only anti NY just a year ago but also very disrespectful to the city and it's fans. I'm not forgetting that just because they changed their laundry.

Why would Miami have been that worried about facing us in a first round matchup? No way they would have lost that series.

lindro88
lindro88

That's what the other 80 games were for. To make sure the Nets and Heat didn't have to beat the Atlanta Hawks. Nobody to blame but Woodson and his team. Don't forget, Atlanta practically begged us to pull ahead. Once we wouldn't, they said F it. Let's go after the 8 seef

Mike Dell Italia

So when Woodson was playing him 35 minutes a game he was showing no confidence in shump? Ok got it

@jeandd323 Shump destroyed his own confidence...years ago. No on tells Shump not to drive to the basket..."but Melo holds the ball too long"...no one tells Shump when he is one on one to drive and kick out...no one tells one of the most athletic, physically gifted young players on the team to take nothing but jump shots...I mean NOTHING but jump shots...and people pretend like Shump has only been doing this this season...he was always like that..."Oh, but his ACL"...what happened to his acl when he was doing wind mills in practice months before his return? Shump is talented but like Wilson Chandler, isn't comfortable is a nervous wreck on offense in a Knick uniform. I've never seen a player miss more layups and dunks in my life since his rookie year but looks like a slam dunk champ in videos especially Knicks practice vids. Like any pressured player all he does takes is 3-pointers because that's the only way he can make up for not going to the basket enough.

@1harris1  No I agree the Knicks would have lost against the Heat no question but it would have been difficult and effort expending. The Hawks on the other hand will be easy pickins. So if ur a Heat player or fan u want the first round to be easy and fast so u can have a lot of rest for round 2. Not to say they lost on purpose but if they did. I understand.

@Ray Jorge @Muhammed A. GretzkyHe praises him because of his potential to break out...his potential do more than just rely on defense and shoot, shoot, shoot when he has the body of free safety. Remember when Shump had that break out game at the Garden where he actually went to the rim and did that behind the back layup? When they cut to "RINGS" If you read his mouth he says something to the affect of "that's what you have to do, go to the basket more"...then you hear "RINGS" in that interview when he talks about Shump and he says.........he has to get to the basket more....this is no secret..i don't know why folks pretend like they don't see it. And so what if "RINGS" praises what does that mean? That he knows more than the average Knick fan whose watched this guy for years. Oh, and by the way, I'm actually someone actually watched shump since his days at GT before any of you knew who he was. So I think I know something about this guy more than "RINGS".

Ray Jorge
Ray Jorge

@Muhammed A. Gretzky OUCH! So if what you say is true, why does someone like "RINGS" go on the record & praises him? I wonder why Phil believes he's so valuable?

lindro88

Yes he does. Negative attention is better than no attention to guys like Biggie.
