Phil wants to show the team what discipline is and how works at the USMA. He will take the team out of their comfort zone and create a paradigm shift in their approach to the game.

Love it. Not only are you surrounded by Military type discipline, you have broken the cycle of repetitiveness that has been CAMP for the returning players.

No more "lets eat here for dinner" or "this is the best strip club in town" Because everything is new.

You are at West Point and Pjax is in charge.

This team will surprise many this year, I for one am very excited again.

Nice. This was a full throttled Zen Master move.

Brilliant way to start up this new and disciplined culture.

Knicks may be slotted for failure in many people's eyes but

I'm riding with the greatness that is Phil Jackson, to steer this clubhouse far beyond what is expected.

@Knicks_Fanatic Unless JR brings his own party-wagon. Then West Point may never be the same again.  Boo-yah!

@C0P0 This is just a smart move to bring these guys away and start the bonding process.  I hope they stay up there and don't do much else besides basketball and hanging out.

The group already is developing a synergy... the kids, THj, Early, and Larkin... and now they are connecting with Melo and JR more and more.  I wish some of the new guys like Jason Smith or Calderon were hanging with them more, but hopefully these bonds will be made in camp.

@C0P0 the way I look at it.... in my lifetime, if i'm gonna bet on ANYONE in the NBA it's gonna be Phil Jackson or Greg Popovich.
