Pablo Prigioni is listed as questionable for the first game of the playoffs with a sprained right ankle, the Knicks announced.
The Knicks are set to take on the Boston Celtics on Saturday at 3 p.m.
If you had told me at the beginning of the season that Pablo Prigioni was going to be an important part of the playoff rotation, I would have thought you were a bit crazy.
His ankle injury was one that anyone that plays basketball has gotten. It was a rough injury to see happen considering he had been healthy all year and it was the last game of the regular season
His defense, energy and emphasis on ball movement have really helped the Knicks. The season changed for the better when he was inserted into the starting lineup.
It would not be the end of the world if he was out for game one. But, the faster he can get back to 100%, the better.
