Harris DeckerIf you do a quick Google search for “New York Knicks” today, you’ll find various news articles covering the team. What you won’t find are articles that mention only the Knicks. Almost every single piece of news also makes mention of New York’s other basketball team, the Brooklyn Nets.
Most of this coverage is well deserved. The Knicks and Nets have spent as much time taking shots at each other this offseason as they have in the gym (see: Paul Pierce, Raymond Felton or more Paul Pierce). The question is, are you sick of it? If you ask me, the answer is absolutely not!
The fact that these teams are so eager to hit the court and prove dominance over the city is something I have longed for as a sports fan. A true rivalry that runs deep into the hearts of every player on both rosters.
So now, I ask you: Are you sick of this war of words or does it fuel your passion for the orange and blue?
