It’s clear the Atlantic division is up for grabs. Depsite losing Jeremy Lin I like what the Knicks have done with limited spending money.  The Celtics might have lost Ray Allen this offseason, but they will have Jeff Green back in the lineup and the Jason Terry / Courtney Lee signings were also nice additions. I don’t think the Nets will be a top four team in the East, but I expect them to be a playoff squad. Obviously the 76ers have obviously improved. I’m still not too sure where I would place them in the standings. As for the Raptors they have made small strides, but I don’t expect them to leave the bottom of the division. How would you rank the teams in the Atlantic Division?
