Another day, another report of Bobby Brown working out for the Knicks.
Assistant GM Allan Houston watched Brown work out on Wednesday, according to SNY’s Adam Zagoria. Brown worked out at Impact Academy in Las Vegas, according to Director of Development at Impact Andrew Moore.
“They watched him play five-on-five at Impact [Wednesday],” Moore told Zagoria. “He looked great. With his experience, he can run a team, keep them organized and really score the ball when necessary.”
“Moore said the Denver Nuggets, Washington Wizards, Memphis Grizzlies and Phoenix Suns were also in the gym this week,” Zagoria said.
Brown, 28, played last season in Italy, averaging 18.8 PPG and 5.2 APG.
New York is looking to add a third point guard behind Raymond Felton and Pablo Prigioni. They would likely add Brown in a veteran minimum slot.
